ReSqueeze is a pelvic floor exercise app designed for privacy. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. Everything stays on your device.
All your data — including your profile, exercise history, progression, and settings — is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. Nothing is uploaded, synced, or backed up to any server we operate.
ReSqueeze does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or date of birth.
We do not use any analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking tools. We do not collect usage data, device identifiers, or any information about how you use the app.
ReSqueeze works almost entirely offline. The only network activity occurs when you make a purchase or restore a subscription — this is handled securely by Apple's App Store system. No personal data is sent to any third-party server.
If you enable daily reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device using iOS. No notification data is sent to any external service.
Any health-related information you provide during setup (such as health flags) is stored only on your device and is used solely to adjust your exercise program. It is never shared with anyone.
You can delete all your data at any time by going to Settings and tapping "Reset All Data." This permanently removes everything the app has stored. Alternatively, deleting the app from your device removes all associated data.
ReSqueeze is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone — the app stores all data locally and has no data collection of any kind.
If we update this policy, the changes will be reflected here with a new date. Since we collect no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
